My max speeds with Optimum Online are 10mbps down/1 mbps up.

My usual speeds are 5-6.5mbps down, and 800-1000kbps up. Sometimes I can get up to 8mbps off fast ftp sites.
My pings are also good, which makes me totally happy, lol :)

200 to 500 people I think are on our nodes.
I can get around 1MB/sec off ftp1.optonline.net and almost those speeds off the AOL ftp.

cy88, I think the file permissions are not set correctly. That is why it is displaying the code. I don't know how to change webserver file permissions on Windows 2k though, does anyone else?
