AOL is not installed.

when i use utorrent for download i get 0 KB/s to 3 KB/s.

i have ADSL router of D-Link(DSL-502T) and it is connected to USB port.
and router is connected with telephone line.i get internet access by phone line.
when i am downloading with utorrent my download speed is hardly 5 KB/s
otherwise i have 1 KB/s to 3 KB/s.
