Ok I ran this test and I hope this looks ok. Pinging [193.10.252.19] with 32 bytes ->bytes=32 time=135ms TTL=237

Repair it. go to start
programs
accesories
communications
Network Connections
Click on your internet connection
go to support and click repair
then restart your modem and maybe that will solve your problem
