4) The admin service may have simply locked, I would power-cycle it if possible.

Dear folk

Using a laptop to access Nokia AirScale baseband we normally assign 192.168.255.130/24 and no issue for accessing web interface of the device

When I assigned my laptop ip address 192.168.22.10/24 access won’t be granted to access the web interface

Connected is direct from the laptop ...

Before I connected to VPN and thorough the website

it was showing public ip address different from the "General" --> "Network Map"

Maybe it is just that firmware, maybe the list only shows dynamically allocated IPs in the DHCP range?

Main router at home is ASUS RT-AC5300 Merlin (v384.19) this router has :

What I did I downgraded the firmware from V1.0.3.50_1.0.1 to V1.0.3.44_1.0.1 (one version older) and it worked fine now can change ip address disable DHCP,,,etc

tried to change one by one
Tried changing LAN first before DHCP no joy as router showing old ip address although i did unplug and plug power for the router
Then tried to disable DHCP first before LAN and obviously i need to set static ip to my computer but no joy

There may be a setting in the VPN configuration somewhere that allows you to access local LAN resources. I would try it, even if the assigned VPN IPs are in a different subnet, the router is probably setting some type of route to access local resources on the LAN.

Your LAN IP address range is 192.168.0.101 - 199, however that is most often configured with the subnet mask 255.255.255.0 (CIDR notation 192.168.0/24).
Clear

This means all 192.168.0.* IPs (255 of them) would be assigned to your LAN, whether they are using DHCP or not.

I would use a wired LAN port to try to connect to the admin panel,
I tried that and it failed
factory reset is usually the next step
I guess yes
the ADSL modem you may run into other configuration issues afterwards.

It is all in one box modem and adsl router.

Ping from a PC within the same network didn't show static ip addresses for printer and alarm control system within ARP table

Then I did ping both addresses 192.168.0.200 (printer) and 192.168.0.251 (Alarm system) as a result both of them shown in ARP ...

You can then check if that new static IP shows in your router's client list.
The ip address 192.168.0.200 in the snapshot attached is for an industrial printer and it is a static ip address as this ip address had an activity (traffic sent and received)
