In combination with the 3x3 MIMO technology, this AP enables physical data rates of up to 450 Mbps per radio module. Numerous mechanisms, including STBC and LDPC, improve the reception conditions at the edge of a radio cell. The use of 40-MHz channels, packet
aggregation, and block acknowledgment significantly increase the available bandwidth and ensure the smooth operation of applications that place tough demands on performance.
The access point can be operated in standalone mode and managed with the free administration tools, or it can be centrally managed by a LANCOM WLAN controller.
