Linksys BEFSR41

Anyone know why when i have my router connected to my IDSL (144/144k) modem i get packet loss, but when i have the modem directly connected to the computer I get no packet loss? I've upgraded the firmware to the newest, and even bought a brand new router (same brand same model) and switched out all the cables.

I would give linksys tech support a call...double check with them and use the 192.168.1.1 addy to get inside the router and check all the settings inside...linksys has great support..ur problem with this is unusual to say the least. never heard of that before..hmmm

On the web admin, Advanced, Filters, look down on the bottom, put a check in "Enable MTU", and set it to 1492...or is it 1472 that the Linksys goes up to...forget.....it'll tell ya how high you can go either way.

I set my linksys mtu to 1500. Cable not dsl though.
