New Tweaks
----------
Change the MP3 Encoding Rates in Media Player (All Versions)
These settings allow you to change the MP3 encoding rates in Windows
Media Player. The default is 56Kbps which is quite low quality, this
tweak allows you to add higher rates such as 128Kbps or 192Kbps.

Show All Hidden Devices in Device Manager (Windows 2000/XP)
Devices that are installed but are not currently connected to the
computer (such as a Universal Serial Bus (USB) device or "ghosted"
devices) are not normally displayed in Device Manager. This tweak
causes all devices to be shown.

Change Power Management Configuration (All Versions)
This parameter allows you to specify the primary role of the computer
so that predefined power management configurations can be used. For
example a laptop will have different power saving features than a home
desktop PC.

Show Encryption Commands on the Shortcut Menu (Windows 2000/XP)
You may find it easier to enable EFS by placing "Encrypt" and "Decrypt"
commands on the Microsoft Windows Explorer context menu when a file is
right-clicked with the mouse.

Change the PPPOE MTU Size (Windows XP)
By default, a Windows XP PPPoE connection uses an MTU size that is 20
bytes less than the IP MTU of the LAN adapter over which the PPPoE
packets are sent, which in most cases is 1480 bytes. If a lower MTU is
required, then this tweak can be used to change the value.
