Love this tool!

I have a question on using it: Since I sometimes have to dial into my work server from home, how do I optimize both my dialup and cable connections? Looks like when I optimize for cable, my dialup adapters are changed to cable settings.

Just change your TcpReceive Window to 5840 for dialup and uncheck both boxes under Tcp1323Options.
