i have shaw@home service and a terayon modem, and this has happened a few times now.
my connection will get dropped and the Online button flashes red, and the Send and Recive buttons flash green. i have been sloving this problem by turning off and then on the power bar my modem is connected to, and this seems to slove the problem of about a day or so.
anyone have any suggestions?

OK well im thinking that it may be your signal being to low call up your cable company and ask them to check your line out from there end if they find anything they will send someone over to help you out more then likely it may be a bad modem or noise on the line.....
