After reading these bb I guess my speeds with comcast are normal

And there nothing to do to speed it up???

Those are good speeds on the comcast network, no you cannot speed it up.

You could be a tick or two faster. Go here to get SpeedGuide's TCP/IP Optimizer or here for other registry tweaks and patches, depending on your OS.

1. Don't forget to back up the registry
2. The Optimizer is the easiest to use
3. Not all systems are the same. Experiment

Also note that your caps are 1500/128, but you'll never fully max those out on the speed tests due to TCP overhead, but you should get upwards in the 1440 range for downloads.

why if test back to back (clearing internet files between) does the speed vary so much 1340-1120??? :mad:
