Removing heatsink from a Slot P2

I have a slot P2 and i was just wondering how the hell do i remove the heatsink from it. It looks like it is really bolted on the CPU. I have read a few things in the past of actually removing it but i cant seem to find anything now. So could anyone shed some light on me or direct me to a link that could help me out.
