Start over and do this, if your not on a PPPoE connection, download this patch: sguide_tweak_2k.zip
Patch's , a very simple way to do this is to first download Cablenuts adjuster that comes with his software, you must download his software first as it takes out any prior patches,
plus it is alot easier to tweak with adjuster rather than going into registry.
a.) Download and install Cablenut software here. URL http://www.broadbandnuts.com/
b.) Download after Cablenut and install the patch(s) off patch page that apply to you, everyone needs speed patch and Web patch (Faster loading of web pages patch for your OS, WIN 2000 for XP users on all patches)

I dont think this is right, i did everything. i installed cablenut, and i adjusted it to the fast cable 2k, and it seems like my speed went down... this is what it says....

How do you know it's worse? Have you been testing your connection by downloading something or are you just looking at the analyzer results and assuming bigger numbers mean faster connection?Originally posted by eBean
