i think the most people already know there is a tweaker called Quest@Home this tweaker tweaks about 50-100 kb download speed more then before. it is not much but it works!!!

it's a very small file.

it's called Quest@Home but it works on allmost all cable's

Does that change RWIN, TTL, SacOpts, Tcp1323Opts an other registry values

I would not download this until you find out what it changes

it changes something in the registry i don't know what. but if you open the file in a map he exstract 11 files with a setup so if you click setup he will install and you have to reboot. When you rebooted you see the difference
