Quit the DQ?

Lately, tons of people have felt like quitting. Me, I have my own reason. The owners are quite the idiots, really. For the record Ive been there for 5 months. Girls who are LAZY and started 2 months ago, make more than me and they are younger than me. The LAZY people get raises! I work my butt off and havent gotten a raise. These girls make about 1$ more an hour more than I do and they sit in the back and eat ice cream while Im servin people and cleaning, and filling. This pisses me off!

Any ideas?

your going to have to be at work for whatever amout of time you are given , if your not happy you might as well look for a job that you like to do and may have cooler peeps to work with. your still young so I say move around untill you find something you enjoy, but don't quit untill you have another job. if you do quit give a 2 week notice

What pisses me off is 3 favors were done for them, (no, not sexual favors damnit prey!) and they still do this. Last week everyone got one but me. everyone. If Im not good enough for a raise, Im not good enough to work there, therefore Im goin to the one on the next mile road and getting paid 1$ than everyone else there

Hehe, yea, when I went upstairs today, the radio upstairs which hasnt worked, isnt even plugged in, I heard a fuzzy scratchy noise, like a bad station. A very faint one too..

I wouldnt give two weeks notice to them...

Have you sat down and told your boss how you feel.
Don't whine to them, but make a list of all the **** you do etc. and go to them formally and explane that you deserve a raise.

You don't need to name any name to them but try to get your point across to them in a calm manner.

If this doesn't work I suggest finding another job before you quit. That way you still have a paycheck coming it.

well all I can say is,don't worry about what other employees are doing,you are there for you,mind your own business and watch out for yourself.don't sweat the little $hit.it's only a temporary job ,and like ea said,there are lots of jobs like that,you got a lotta stuff to go through.just have fun and enjoy your youth.

if you just up and leave without giving them a notice you can kiss that reference good bye

since this is yoru first job I highly suggest you don't blow it off, you NEED the reference if your to get another job, a better job... plus you can use ALL the friends you can get out in the job world....

Yeah, don't burn teh bridges. Besides you don't know how evil DQ actually is.

They are a big company you know? They can virtually cut off all the jobs that are avalible for you

But seriously, if there is another job that's simular to this, I say quit the job, but don't go " This place reeks of ****iness!" or anything like that
