Windows 98se
750Mhz Duron
128 PC 133 RAM
Geforce2MX 32MB
Verizon DSL 1.5/128
Enternet 300

TCP options string = 020405ac0103030001010402

MTU = 1492
MTU seems to be optimized for PPPoE... If you are not on a PPPoE connection, consider increasing your MTU to 1500 for optimal throughput.

MSS = 1452
Maximum useful data in each packet = 1452, which is equal to MSS.
MSS is optimized for PPPoE. If you are not on a PPPoE connection, consider increasing your MTU value.

Default Receive Window (RWIN) = 63888
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 0 bits
Unscaled Receive Window = 63888
RWIN is a multiple of MSS
Other values for RWIN that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
511104 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 8)
255552 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 4)
127776 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 2)

bandwidth * delay product:
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 2555.52 kbps (319.44 KBytes/s) @ 200ms
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 1022.208 kbps (127.776 KBytes/s) @ 500ms

MTU Discovery (RFC1191) = ON

Time to live left = 50 hops
TTL value is ok.

Timestamps (RFC1323) = OFF

Selective Acknowledgements (RFC2018) = ON

IP type of service field (RFC1349)= 00000000

Your download speed : 1294104 bps, or 1294 kbps.
Browsers would show : about a 157.9 k/sec transfer rate.
Your upload speed : 113798 bps, or 113 kbps.
Your connection rocks .. above the 1mbit barrier!

Try the same one you used before if you did not buy another computer, the size of the RWIN won't change unless you do something to puter, if your CAP has rasied it will download quicker, but on the slowest night of week, Thursday, it might not, wait till tomorrow to cry,lol :) :)
