need a proggie to get rid of annoying pop up ads

anyone know of any programs to get rid of pop up ads... lol even my ISP has them on their website now damnit, so annoyin:P

There was something called PopUp Destroyer, or PopUp Killer - something like that. I learned about it from

There's one here:
http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/network.htm called POW. I tried it and deleted it. You have to train the thing and it was more of a pain to train it than to just kill the stupid windows. Most times you can kill them by just putting the address/ip of the host that sends the popups in your HOSTS file.

I used one that has several options, one being no popups. It is called the proximitron.
