Monitor flickers with new nvida drivers

finallly got the 12.41 nvidia drivers, everything works great except for the monitor has an annoying flicker, i have Geforce256 card using a multisync 90 from NEC...Any ideas guys? i running it at true color and 1024 by 768

try adjusting the refresh rate
control panel->display->settings->advanced->adapter->refresh rate
try at least 85hz if it supports it

10.80 drivers are the best
Go into device manager and check to see how many monitors you have

I had two monitors show up after installing the 12.41 drivers, which was kind of strange since they show up in regular mode as well as safe mode, generally removing in safe mode and redect fixes that but it didn't I going to have to research more. But I just disabled one of the ghosted monitors and it worked.
