i heard you have to get into the routers and change a few things.can anyone enlighten me

see that faq doesnt mention the method im talking about,or from what i could see.
about the stealing of your neighbours band width,well cable isnt popular over here so there is plenty of band width to make everyone uncapped. they are just greedy and wont uncap people as they wouldnt earn so much money

haha i was suprised to see this pop up in my mail...its from ages ago
btw u can uncap cable but its hard work and needs to be done differently in each area. now that there is the 3gig crap with bpa i am not getting it uncapped tho
