SG Broadband Community

5/5/1999 is when I registered the speedguide.net domain, and pretty much that's when I got serious about developing the content on the site, when this journey got real for me. It's always been about helping broadband users, and still is.

I'd just like to say thanks to every single one of you who's been part of the site and the forums!

Sometimes I'll read through the posts in the General Achive's section at the bottom of the main forum page. It can bring back some sad and great memories.

*My trips to Tampa for Gasparilla fest......
*Trip to Detroit for a meet....
*Hosted a couple of cookouts at my place...(yeah, got out of control on one of them....dark time of my life)
*Our gaming servers....lots of SG members here playing online

Also, I agree on the great community. I would frequently refer to this as my "internet home".

Holy smokes.... 23 years! I came here almost 22 years ago. What a hoppin' place it was! Still pop in now and again to poke around. Congrats!

23 years later not as much partying less posts and peeps however SG is a lot like a beautiful old home with great neighbors.

I don't know, I'm still not sure about those rodents in the attic though

It's honestly nice to just come back here and read, see who is still around. Might be on the fringes but y'all are fantastic folks and I'm glad to have - literally - grown up with you all.
