I joined this site 17 years ago. My last post was 5 years ago.

I am 42 this year. I miss the late 80s and the 90s. World is changing. I yearn for the past. Life was just....better.

Anyways, just wanted to say stay strong you guys. This site has been around awhile and helped me through the years. Now I have gigabit FIOS. It's just different then what it used to be like.

Kinda want to go back to 1999 and be 23 again and play UT all night long. Jump on heat.net and play some dialup games.

Miss the old days. Here's to the next 50. Hope we all live long and die happy! Life is short so enjoy it :)

Nostalgia is a bitch.

Take care.

Nice to see you around, woa, joined 17 years ago.

Heh, idk, but we are only as old as we feel. Other than some extra responsibilities, family, work etc. getting in the way, there is very little preventing us from playing games and feeling young. I play online with my two daughters once in a blue moon when I find the time.

And yeah, life is just a temporary condition, so one should make the best of it :)

Would you believe that I just found this site because I was searching for information on dial up internet connections? Old indeed. But still kicking!

Ahh yes..good old Unreal Tournament. So many late nights (even into the morning) playing that one. And going back even more, online games over dial up, Quake 2, even Quake 1....
