I have not seen them vary in price between any retailer. Unless you are trading in an old phone. Then radio shack would be the way to go

It is for my daughter and she has ATT. I just wondered if I could get one for cheap somewhere so she could switch phones.

Save for (very) minor discounts offered on refurbs on the Apple Store and by resellers like Mac Mall, the cost of Apple hardware doesn't come down from MSRP (high margins, baby). Off-contract pricing is the only way to get the latest iPhone for "cheap".
