Hi RaisinCain & akbarri

This guy has tremendous talent & his eye hand coordination is something else.

As a Bartender though he sucks as you could die of thirst by the time he finished a cocktail for you. :D

Enjoy your evening fellas

Hi Brian, Dan & Ivan Vodi

Pleased you found him entertaining. Imagine the hours spent practicing. Wonder if he drank the booze after each practice. :D

Would get thirsty waiting for the drink.......
Although I'm used to waiting a little bit.....since I drink Guinness a lot...and those pints should be poured slowly and in several stages.

All that for a draft, I'd rather have a barmaid!

minir, was it the bartender's wrist action that spiked your attention?

BMED

I actually was one of the first to train as a bartender in my City way back in 1961 i think, when liquor was first allowed to be served in bars. Till then it was beer only and we had Men's & Ladies & Escorts Rooms back then. Men where separated as where the Women and couples were allowed into the Ladies & Escorts or as we used to call it The Fur Dept.

Opening night was a nightmare as everyone wanted a cocktail. The waiters had trouble at each table trying to keep track of the various orders as everyone wanted something different it seemed and the more exotic the better. Well at that time we had to serve the liquor in shot glasses which were left on the table along with the carafes containing the water or pop. To make a long story short we lost so many shot glasses and carafes each night we were losing money as people kept them as souvenirs. :rotfl:

As bartenders we where working our asses off making drinks and washing up glasses and mix tools to keep up, thankfully after a week or so people realized that cocktails where too expensive and most got back to drinking Rye & Water or Rum & Coke and they changed the rules to allow us to pour the shots and keep our glasses so everyone had it more easy and the bars made a ton of money. It got to the point when a bartender actually longed to get a mixed drink order just to keep his skills and memory up. :thumb:

I'd forgotten that till now, hope this didn't bore you too much BMED. :rotfl:

I went back on the floor as a waiter where the tips were much better and meeting ladies was a breeze. The after hours parties where legendary.
