After the Obama administration embarrassed themselves in how they handled the KSM trial location selection, I'm pretty sure that there was no way Osama was coming out of this alive, even if he did wave that white flag. This administration wanted no part of a live Osama, and with good reason. He was killed at the hands of our military, that's more justice than a media hyped trial could ever bring.
