600k/300k dsl connection in Brazil.Tweak result with tcp optimizer.Good or bad?

I have a very slow 600k/300k dsl connection here in Brazil.I used the tcp optimizer on Windows 7 Home Basic 64bit and chose optimal settings and rebooted.Here are my results.Am I in the ballpark? Thanks in advance :) .

TCP Settings OK !
