Any way to safely remove a partition?

I have a partition on my ”C” drive I’d like to remove and make one drive out of it.

How do I do that?

Do you mean the hard drive has 2 partitions now and you want to consolidate them into just a "C" partition? If so, what operating system is on it now?
No one has any right to force data on you
and command you to believe it or else.
If it is not true for you, it isn't true.
