What is the PC protected with, and what other utilities have you run a scan with?

I have symantec endpoint mr4. it has removed a few tracking cookies but thats about it.
I've you malwarebytes and it has also removed a few trojans. However, the message keeps on poping. Additionally, I get a message about an IP that is been blocked.
What is the next step I can take in order to take out this intruder.
Thanks

Throw a whole bunch of products at it...the more products you use, since they all get say....90-95% of the bugs in your system...each product missing and finding different things, the sum of using a bunch is a more complete system.
I commonly use malwarebytes, superantispyware, MSE, Spybot Search and Destroy, Combofix, amongst other tools.
