Newest tcp optimizer now works for win 7?

Hello everyone!
Before using windows 7 I would use the automatic optimal settings for my provisioned speed.Does the TCP optimizer now do everything for win 7 or is there more to it than that?

You may want to check :

+ TCP Optimizer
+ tracert
+ HijackThis
+ Modem Download/Upload rate
+ Modem SNR/Line attenuation
