is anyone here can show how to remote my network router at my office while 'm home I highly appreciate it

Typically most routers have a web admin interface...and it has the option to enable it on the WAN interface, by default it's usually disabled on the WAN interface by default. It's good to enable the https/ssl option for it also.
Once you flip it on, you can access it from the outside by using your public IP address or DNS alias.
Some routers have a console interface, and clients like Putty are used instead of a web browser interface.
