windows update problem

Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2

Internet Explorer 8 for Vista (6/8/2010 dated)
KB974306

These keep showing up. I do install updates and shutdown and they are still there when I run WU again.

IE 8 is already installed.

Click the Cancel button and check "do not remind me of these...."
