So hows everyone hangin?

Well heres some of this winters reno, turning a tri-plex back into its grand 120 year old single, three baths, 4 bed, coach house.
installed cabinettes. rework of cabinettes from three kitchens into one, just finished the porcillan backsplash. cut every piece from 12 x 12 tiles, there is only 4 complete tiles in the kitchen, my design

so far have removed added walls, repaired and floated all the walls, rewired all the antique light fixtures, removing 4 layers of flooring in foyer now, friggin bottom layer is glued to the hardwood,,,Grrrrr!!!
next reframe and sub part of the foyer for level to hardwood ceramics at entry, then refinish all the hardwood throughout the house, then 2, maybe three completed batroom makeovers with loads of ceramics.
One of these years I may be able to afford a helper. Two months till my RV's start back up, hope I can get it all done.
