Does anyone have a clue to what the proper size page file should be? I have read so many articles and they all have different opinions or theory's. As you can see by my signature I have a basic Dell computer 2.33Ghz with 3GB ram.

"System Managed" size
If you have a 2nd hard drive, move it to that spindle instead of your primary drive. Not a second partition..as there's not gain there, but a second hard drive spindle.

I prefer "System Managed" size...you'll see a radio button choice for that.
Windows NT is very good at memory management, IMO desktop computers run better with the system managing the pagefile, instead of having min/max sizes.
