I'd like to test once when the students are away on xmas break from work... It would likely peak over 140,000 kb/s up and down.

Gyeongsang, South Korea:
Slow upload is due to university firewall. I'm told that most homes/apartments come equipped with 100Mbps/10Mbps connections.

What's your connection over there Kyle....upload shot up substantially today versus your prior one.
Here's another one today. My tests are being done from the office....building offices share a slice of 40 meg OC3.

All I really know is it's some kind of fiber. Yeah the upload seems to be very high on all but the Seoul server, must just be that server.

Only thing odd is the upload, used to come in under 500.

My hi-speed is usually slower than a 56K modem, but they are the only one around except for dial-up. Used to be faster, a lot faster, but of course my ISP has no issues in my area. Now I have to take a day and do speed tests over a 24 hour period and send them the results.
What would be interesting to know is how much does all this speed cost you. I am paying about $42 month.
