Question about Fraps

Not sure if anyone around here uses it or is familiar with it, but I was wondering if someone could help me setup this correctly?!
I'm using Fraps to record my gaming to post on YouTube but it seems when I go to Windows Movie Maker and follow their stuff to convert it, once I uploaded it to YouTube it came out blurry to where you couldn't read my text clearly enough.
Is there some other settings to put Frap on and a different program to convert the video, so once I upload it to YouTube it is clearer or is it just YouTube making my video like that. Cause I've seen some videos posted very clear, well any help would be great thanks!
