RealVNC kills TCPIP on XP SP2

Hi there,
a very nerving issue on XP SP2 (HP OEM) on an HP xw4600 (1GB, Intel Core2 Duo):
29. 2. 2008
First Problem fixed, were the MS- Drivers for the Eicon DIVA USB produced a Bluescreen with 0xd1 in diwan.sys. - Downloaded the "ISDN Client for XP_2003_Vista_4.5" from Dialogic - Upgrade.exe ... no more BSOD´s.
PPP-Connection to our W2k3-R2 RAS-Server over ISDN seems to work fine.
NetBios Access to our Servers has poor performance.
RealVNC to this PC seems to work fine for about a minute. When pressing the Start-Button the second time the VNCViewer stops. In the same second a ping running from the PC to the RAS-Server were getting timed-out.
A Reconnect of the VNCViewer from this point only shows about half of the remote screen. - Stuck again. - PC: no TCP/IP for 30 sec. - the timeout for the VNCViewer.
Only a newstart of PC and Viewer PC helps for 1 minute slow remote work.
Connection in the same way a Win2000 Workstation works very fine.
Connecting my Notebook (updated from 2000 to XP SP2) showing simmilar TCPIP-death.
I have not installed all Microsoft Patches - only the most important. - Waiting for SP3
VNCViewer from my AdminPC (W2k SP4) ends with complete TCPIP-death. "Frankie say no more ..." (who likes frankie goes to hollywood)
Has to be switched off. - Reboot hang.
Tried to switch off Multiprocessor too. - no change.
Packetyzer on the VNCViewer PC is showing TCP-Retransmits and some dcerpc = DCE RPC Response, Fragment: Last, FragLen: 753, Call: 83886828 Ctx: 747 - packets i´ve never seen before.
Doesn´t XP use anymore ICMP and dcerpc instead?
Some fellow sufferers out there with simmilar probs?
Anyone who´s found the sollution?
regards, Klemens
3.3.2008:
tried Zyxel Elite 2864I connected over serial Interface - killed AdminPC (TCPIP stuck, machine hang)
tried today with Eicon Diva 2.01 ST (PCI)
