this is the "dev" version of the greenpc walmart sells for $200 bucks. you get only the mobo and processor -- no ram, hdd, case or psu. anyway, clubit has it available for $50. it's a low end via 1.5GHz processor so don't expect it to do much outside of web surfing or making a file share/router/svn server, etc.
