Connecting two internal LANs....

Hi. We have two departments in our office. Recently, one of our departments decided they needed their own internet so they won't be blocked by our content filter. Well, I've moved all their computers to a new switch w/ the new Internet connection; however, I still have one problem. Some of the services we run on our network (AS400 applications) will no longer be accessible to the new network. How can I join these two networks together so they can still access our internal services? The network address for each network are 192.168.xxx.xxx and 10.10.xxx.xxx. Thank you for your help!!
