Broadband Always On Problem?

I am using modem router connecting to my ISP. everytime if i keep it online for long time(more then a weeks or a months) then i disconnect it(or sometime disconnect by itself or power failure). then i can not connect it again untill i call the ISP for deleting my connection session. Is this a hardware problem or the ISP problem? I tested using Linksys, Dlink or aztech before. but I still can not resolve this problem. Any expert here can help?

Check in your router web admin whether your WAN is set for dynamic IP.

Yes, My WAN is set to dynamic IP
