ISP continue to increase internet speed around here
Videotron 7 Mbps
Cogeco 10 Mbps
Can we still stay lower than 65535 for tcpwindows values (dsl or cable) ????

sure but..... you always said number higher than 65535 are not necessary. Do you change your mind ???? If yes, just want to know from which net speed it is better to higher tcpswindows

Using the TCP Optimizer...flip the radio button to "Optimal"...and adjust the slider to your speeds...makes it quite automatic, and you'll see what the recommended RWIN values are.

Could just find the value of RWIN the SG tool uses and add that in to cablenuts settings. For me, I think the higher RWINs can help alot with the new high speed conenctiosn coming in around 7,8,10,15 mbps down.
Using my WRT router the 512k and 1 million values are about the same, but with a better setup, like Endian(built off of IPcop) I'll get a higher download in speed tests with the 1 million number.
