Let go if you can, game is a waste of time.

People are so obsessed with getting magic items that they have 10 different mods to go through a dungeon, taking the any and all challenge out of the game. By the time you realize that the addiction factor holds you in place.

Go buy a FPS

Sad thing is I built this machine to get better FPS in BF2, which it does pretty well. Game got stale though.

Our kiddos still dominate our time, it's taken over 2 months to hit lvl 37. A buddy has already hit 60 in that amt of time

Oh, nice sig. Yes I'm one of those...

They extend the leveling process because the end game sucks, there are like 10 things to do which get more boring every time you REdo them.

Trust me and just stop playing, I regret every day I let remember letting a friend talk me into playing that trash.

You'll feel right at home with POE2. Orel and Fallen are two great infy maps.

IMO WoW has one major flaw... once you're 60, there's only one way to improve your character... items. Even the few updated spell versions are items - spellbooks - that drop in dungeons. Of course they don't drop with a 100% chance, and of course not for everyone, just like any other item.

So you're left farming the exact same content over and over again. Every single mob is at the same spot every time, and reacts the same way every time. AKA wasting time. Lots of it.

Maybe things will change a bit with Burning Crusade (outdoor PvP with consequences and towns you can conquer and all), but until then, I won't be touching that game anymore. Not because of fear for addiction, simply because I've been there, done that, no need to do it for the 101st time.

PVP is soo fun..... Not so much on my 60 warrior but hellafun on my 60 lock. I enjoy the game myself. Naxx is cool, lock dps is a problem for me but I was getting it till my computer died.

I enjoy the game because my guild is at the forefront of new raiding content which means, no mods, learning the stuff for the first time, and a lot of teamwork. I know it's not for everyone, but i certainly get more out of WoW's endgame than i do out of any FPS.

Yeah I love my guild too, there all really nice. I was orginally on frostwolf with my boyfriend and he was in Shar there. We missed the first move and moved over in Mayish. They are a bunch of amazing organized fun people. However I still my friends from frostwolf there spread all over the place now.
