Delete my account please
I no longer wish to be a member here.
I want to delete it so no chance of tempting myself to come back, plus I spend way too much time here anyway.

Always sucks when someone leaves with no explanation.....
Not that we need one; however, when you read the posts of a person that contains his/her thoughts, feelings, etc. you tend to think of them somewhat as a person you know, a friend--or enemy, but whatever...
I need closure!

I am double damned.....

Even with respites, this forum and others like it, do have a near narcotic draw for those of opinion.
For what it is worth, the art of discussion involves many skills. The being correct will not always parley into any form of "victory". In this particular media, concordance of people with divergent perspectives is highly unlikely, being that they need not coexist with each other IRL. I can count on some of my dearest friends, family and colleagues as individuals would do not share a number of my viewpoints. We can discuss, but the eventual outcome relies on our personal relationships rather than winning a point.
so much for paraphrasing the obvious.

David, I have obviously come far since I understood that in just one reading.Hell_Yes wrote:I am double damned.....![]()
