This is basically a free "WebEx" type software that is 100% free. I have used it for over a month now and love it.
If you download the pro version, you can try that for one month for free then transfer to the free version if you wish. The pro version give you a ftp function over the free version.

FYI, teamviewer will start shutting if you off if you use it a lot...it logs your time spent...and will no longer be free if you're using up large amounts of time. If you're just a part-part time tech you can squeeze by with it. Still has lots of limitations from a professional point of view.
