Newbie VPN question

Okay folks, I have the BEFSX41v2 which has a VPN endpoint(server?) built in. Just recently I have been taking some networking classes, and this has sparked my interest to try to establish a secure VPN tunnel.(from a PC on the campus, to my home pc)

Now, I have run into a brick wall. Which VPN client do I use? Linksys doesn't seem to provide one(but Cisco does, the irony); which client would you recommend in this situation?

I only have two requirements for the VPN client: It be usable from a FLASH drive, and it be either free or below 30$.

Thanks for your time,

~Ep

They stopped development of the software client for the befsx41 series....as shortly after that time, they did the merger with Cisco and the more business grade RV0 series of routers came out...which does indeed come with an IPSec software VPN client. So initially the sx series officially only supports "router to router" VPN tunnels...of which I've done a couple with them.

A couple of people have fiddled with Sentinal IPSec client software, and gotten it to work with the sx41...spend some time over at http://www.dslreports.com/forum/linksys and find Flogators website....he does have a setup guide.

Also DocLarge from Linksysinfo.org did this Greenbow IPSec client guide..
