Can't receive email with static ip?

Can't receive email with static ip?

Ok guys, i set my comp and router with the static ip tweak that can be found here. but after that i'm unable to receive email, however surfing and downloading is fine. Is there some setting I miss?

double check your dns settings when setting up the manual ips that would cause that if it is correct that is odd.
