Anyone know why this would be happening all of a sudden? I have a daily AV check run automatically and there's no spyware or anything going on here, it's just now that everytime i want to close a browser window, it freezes, then if i click the x again it sais program not resonding, etc etc , and i have to click to end now.

AV apps do not detect all spyware. You may want to try spybot and adware.

Hi

Have you got Google Toolbar installed. This has created problems for
some people. If you have, uninstall it and see if this helps.
