For pictures, just use a photo editor. I use Paint Shop Pro. Or you can output the tracert/ping test to a .txt file and omit the IPs when copying and pasting.

I'm using Megapath dial-up until my Megapath SDSL line is installed and get ~200ms, which actually ain't bad for dial-up. :)

Well if your pinging, I assume your a gamer and if so I suggest you quickly seek another broadband provider and not waste time and money with @home because their only response is....

"How are your downloads and page viewing?"

About 50k, but I don't use the net for that purpose. I do alot of online gaming.

"Well 50k is pretty normal for downloads and your page viewing is fine."

...?

DSL is coming! YaY :p http://www.petitiononline.com/athome2/petition.html

"For security reasons"
I am not trying to badger you glc1, but i guessed it was security reasons, but why block your ISP's addresses? I understand why you would not want others seeing your ip, but who cares about your service providers routers.

Snoop123 - i had a lancity modem, you know the big black bulky things, that was when I was using Verizon/Americast as my cable modem provider. Since moving to RR and the newer cable modem my connection has been so much better.
