External Hard Drive Enclosure

I did some searches and came up with a few good enclosures but some of the posts were from 2 years ago so thought I'd see if there's anything new since then. I looked on New Egg but didn't see exactly what I want...maybe I'm dreaming but this is what I'd like:
- 3.5" HD Enclosure
- USB 2.0 (would take firewire if needed)
- Fan (hopefully quiet)
- Goes into standby mode after a while or has a power button
Does this exist?

i have one of these enclosers with a 250GB WD drive in it and i find the firewire is slightly faster than usb2, not sure if does standby, i use it for backups and don't run it all the time.
it is very quiet and seems like a well built unit.

It's funny mention this. I just ordered one of these from Newegg:

This should help allot for personal and business back-ups.

what's up with it having 2 firewire ports ?
does that mean you can plug 2 PC's into it at once ?

Mark:
Thanks....exactly what I'm looking for...now I need to see if I can find something similar for a little less...or that somewhere else for cheaper. Was hoping to stay around $40 for it.
Cypher:
Thanks for the link but I'm just looking for an enclosure...not a full external hard drive.

Looks like I won't find out. A check didn't clear I deposited in that account so I had to cancel the order.
There'll be other deals.
Try checking cheap stingy bastards and gotapex. They have good deals there.
