I thought my photoshop was acting up but now i think its not photoshop as every pic i save i cant open it to view it just comes up no preview available
anyone got any ideas

Are u trying to open with photosop or with windows picture viewer
Try saving as a gif file

with both programs and the only options i get to save as are
ART(*.art)
Bitmap(*.bmp)

You can't save a file with a different file type and expect it to be that file type. You must convert. You must be on AOL, are you?

but i have only just started to get this problem i have had over 2 years of trouble free pics on aol

Go to windows update and download the .art extension for internet explorer/windows.
No one has any right to force data on you
and command you to believe it or else.
If it is not true for you, it isn't true.

Ok heres how to solve it if your having troubles and your isp is Ar***oles On line
Top of your screen click settings then when that opens up click
Internet (Web Browser) Settings -
Then check the Never compress Graphics
Problem solved
