hijackthis. Just be careful with it, could delete something important.

And maybe post a screenshot of your running processes.

what's in your startup stuff

copy and past what's in msconfigs startup tab

run/msconfig/startup

also check the RUN keys in your registry, may have something starting up with your computer

also run a virus scan, may have a trojan

Also, does your company use Dameware Remote admin utilities? Cause it's on there too, and if they don't use it... :(

No offense to you guys but is there a site to get a detailed explanation of what those processes are that running and which are necessary and what we can kill ?

Any help is appreciated.

Normally if I start getting funky pop-ups, redirected home pages, additional bookmarks, etc and neither Ad-Aware nor Spybot picks up anything I will enter the name of the site and "remove" in Google. 99% of the time someone has posted steps to get rid of the offended irritant. I know I had one bit of malware that rewrote my bookmarks, reset my homepage and reset everything each time I booted up. Hijack This caught it, and I found the steps to getting rid of it with a google search.

Like they said though, be extra careful with Hijack This! That puppy can be more lethal than a virus if you use it wrong.

Good luck!

I usually just Google them, gives several references to check the running process.
