It's SUBJECTIVE. 25ms on one LCD is not the same as on another. Most people wouldn't be able to tell the difference between 25ms and 16ms.

LOL
WOW..
I was originally looking at 17 LCDs

but I have a 17' Monitor and I want something bigger
yeah, yeah a 17' LCD will be a bit bigger than a 17 CRT

I started looking at some 19s and those are 2 pretty good ones I ran across (although the first link was not the one I inteded to post) I'm sure I couldn't go wrong with either one of those though..
maybe I'll have enough money saved up around May... :p
I'll need to check out some other 19' LCDs in person too.

Actually tech specs have come under fire as well....a manufacturer might report 16ms response times, but when certain review sites test them out, they aren't 16ms displays. So you really have to do your homework on these things.

12ms is here now though....so the prices of 16ms should be dropping in the near future.

my Sony SBH something or other has a 25ms response time and I see absolutely no ghosting when gaming.
