runing win98 and my mail is at @hotmail.com i am getting new mail , i can see the "inbox" mail but i cant do any thing. cant open any mail, cant send new nor replay or forwared and dont get any error message.
have no problem browsing the internet. i run antivirus, CHW, stinger, adaware6, spybot, spy sweeper and window washer with no help.

You can try setting up Outlook Express to retrieve your hotmail for you.

When running the wizard:

My incoming mail server is a [http]
If hotmail isn't already a default (i know it is for 2k/xp) then put in the following url:
http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp

Should be all there is to it other than your email, password, and display name you choose.
